CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment.

If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, then the price of what you paid for the procedure will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment date.

If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours in advance, a $50 non-refundable rebooking fee will be required to reschedule.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule**

NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY:

If you fail to show to your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full price of the procedure in order to reschedule.
